Us: "That's not the way we operate."
You: "Then how do you operate?"
Us: "We ask for our expenses to be paid — things like airfare, gas, lodging, food. Honorariums, donations, or "collections" are up to you. These are not required, but we would be lying if we said they are not deeply appreciated."
You: "So I can invite you for a special event without breaking our budget?"

Before you fill out any forms, please contact us (see below) with some preliminary information after you've read our Venues page and our "sample" page: tell us who you are, the event you are planning, basic themes, potential dates, promotion ideas, and who you are interested in coming to speak. Dale and Jonalyn often travel together, but you do not have to request them together. |

We will respond to you with any clarifying questions. We want to make sure your event aligns with our vision. While we are confident we can engage the majority of apologetic, ethical, and spiritual issues of today, sometimes you're looking for that 'perfect fit.' We're no different. So let's chat and see what we can do for you. Then we'll send you our official invitation form. |

We will email you a copy of your completed invitation form for your records. At this point, we simply keep an open line and notify each other if significant changes arise. |

As the event approaches, please contact us and let us know how well the plans are coming together. In the unlikely case that an event needs to be cancelled, do let us know as soon as possible. We will do the same. |
