Dale Fincher is a gifted communicator addressing thousands every year with his clear and creative style.
Holding graduate degrees in philosophy and the performing arts, Dale loves to integrate story and imagination with common-sense for a culture that thinks with its eyes, critically slicing through the ideas of the day with a passion that penetrates the heart and stirs the mind. His singular vision is to equip individuals and communities to speak into the larger conversation of what it means to be appropriately human, including themes of purpose and meaning, gender, sensible faith, and integrating Jesus into the rhythms of everyday life.
Because of his style, Dale enjoys speaking to a variety of audiences from teens to adults and is sometimes found reading stories and discussing meanings in the writings of C. S. Lewis as well as dramatically presenting Scripture at conferences and churches.
His first book, Living with Questions (Zondervan, 2007), conversationally and personally addresses questions student surveys identify as some of their most important in life.
As co-founder of Soulation (www.soulation.org), Dale and his wife, Jonalyn, frequently travel and speak as a husband/wife team. And when not on the road, his ongoing reflections can be found at his blog (www.dalefincher.com).
Dale recently moved to Steamboat, Colorado, which he says reminds him a lot of Narnia. He enjoys flyfishing and hiking the hills with his wife and three corgis.
